This week is National Library Week. Come celebrate with us at the Escondido Public Library!

Monday, April 7th:
* All Day - Hugs & Kisses will be given out at all Main Library public services desks including Customer Services, Circulation and Administration
* 6:30 - The Teen Art & Writing contest awards in the Turrentine Room.

Tuesday, April 8th:
* All Day - Hugs & Kisses will be given out at EVB public services desks and at the Pioneer Room and Computer Center Desks.
* 3:30 - Kites in the Library program at EVB.

Wednesday, April 9th:
* All Day - Smiley face stickers will be given out from the public services desks at Main.
* 1:00 - Book Discussion Program at EVB: Southeast Asian writers.

Thursday, April 10th:
* All Day - Smiley face stickers will be given out from the desks at EVB, Pioneer Room and Computer Center.
* 7:00 - Bilingual Reading & Discussion Series featuring "Birds Without a Nest" by Clorinda Matto de Turner in the Turrentine Room.

Friday, April 11th:
* 3:30 - Teen Movie & Popcorn event featuring "The Mummy."

Saturday, April 12th:
* 12:30 - Mini Cooper Raffle event. Food, live music featuring "LIGHTHOUSE," drawings for a variety of donations and spinning the wheel for prizes are all part of this ever-growing event! The actual drawing for the Mini Cooper will be at 2 PM in the Library's Arcade.
